Rescheduling

To move your session, reply to your confirmation email or write to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the start time, and we will offer new weekday times. Moving a session is not a cancellation and costs nothing. A request made less than 24 hours before the session is treated as a late cancellation.

How to ask for a refund

  1. 01

    Email us

Write to [email protected] from the email address you booked with, and include your booking ID (it starts with BK- and is in your confirmation email).

  2. 02

    We confirm

We reply within 2 business days with the amount being refunded.

  3. 03

    You're refunded

The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Razorpay, within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If something went wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster.

Consultation fee credit

If you sign a statement of work for a build within 15 days of your consultation, the full consultation fee is credited against the first invoice of that project. The credit is not paid out as cash and cannot be transferred to another company.

Project and retainer fees

Custom development, implementation and managed service work is billed as fixed milestones agreed in the statement of work before work starts. Milestone fees for work already delivered are not refundable. If either side ends a project early, you pay only for milestones completed or in progress, as set out in the statement of work, and you keep everything delivered up to that point.

Currency and taxes

Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. For bookings paid in Indian rupees, the GST charged on the refunded part is refunded with it.
