Who we work with in Canada
Solnix Media works with owner-led businesses and mid-market companies in Canada that want AI doing real work: answering customers, processing documents, updating systems and following up on leads. We are a remote team headquartered in Hyderabad, India. The same senior people scope the work and build it, and there is no software licence to sell you.
If you are a large enterprise running a multi-country transformation, a global consultancy may suit you better; our comparison with Accenture and the Big 4 explains when.

| AI chatbots and agentic websites | Turn website visitors into booked calls and qualified leads | AI chatbot development services |
Working across time zones from Canada
You choose a consultation slot between 9 AM and 7 PM in your own time zone on any weekday; the slots follow your time zone whether you are in Atlantic, Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific time. During a build we agree a fixed weekly call time and work asynchronously in between, so progress is waiting for you each morning.
- Consultations and reviews on Google Meet, recorded on request.
- A shared channel and a written weekly update with what shipped, what's next and what we need from you.
- US phone line +1 (832) 852-3803 and [email protected] for anything urgent.
PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25 and data residency
Private-sector companies in Canada generally work under PIPEDA, and Quebec companies also under Law 25, which asks for a privacy impact assessment before personal information is sent outside Quebec. Some provinces and sectors have their own rules too. We build to the requirements your team or privacy officer sets.
- We can deploy in a Canadian cloud region (for example AWS Canada Central or Azure Canada Central) so personal information stays in Canada.
- Where possible we build and test on anonymised or synthetic data, so our team in India never needs live personal information.
- If access is needed, we document what is shared and why, so you can complete your own assessment.
- Every agent action is logged, and people approve decisions that affect individuals.
How a remote engagement works
- 01
1. Paid consultation
A 45-minute ($100) or 90-minute ($500) session on Google Meet with a senior AI strategist. You leave with your fastest AI wins, or a ranked roadmap and a fixed-price plan for the first build. The fee is credited toward a build started within 15 days.
- 02
2. Scope and fixed price
We look at the data and systems behind the first use case, then agree scope, success measures and a fixed price per milestone in a statement of work before any build starts.
- 03
3. Prototype on your data
A working prototype, tested against your own examples, typically within 3 to 5 weeks.
- 04
4. Production and handover
Deployment in your cloud account or data centre with access controls, logging and runbooks, typically within about 60 days, depending on scope, data access and approvals. You own all code, prompts and models.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and paid by card when you book. Your card provider converts the amount to your currency at its own rate. Build work is quoted as fixed-price milestones in a statement of work, so you know the total before work starts.
