Working across time zones from the United Kingdom
You choose a consultation slot between 9 AM and 7 PM in your own time zone on any weekday; India is 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of the UK depending on daylight saving, so a UK morning call is an afternoon call for our team. During a build we agree a fixed weekly call time and work asynchronously in between, so progress is waiting for you each morning.

UK GDPR and data protection
UK companies using AI on personal data work under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) publishes guidance on AI and data protection. We build to the requirements your team or data protection officer sets.
- We can deploy in a UK cloud region (for example AWS London or Azure UK South) so personal data stays in the UK.
- Where our team needs access to personal data from India, that is a restricted transfer, so we agree the transfer mechanism with you first, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Where possible we build and test on anonymised or synthetic data, so our team never needs the live personal data.
- Every agent action is logged, and people approve decisions that affect individuals.
How a remote engagement works

A 45-minute ($100) or 90-minute ($500) session on Google Meet with a senior AI strategist. You leave with your fastest AI wins, or a ranked roadmap and a fixed-price plan for the first build. The fee is credited toward a build started within 15 days.

2. Scope and fixed price
We look at the data and systems behind the first use case, then agree scope, success measures and a fixed price per milestone in a statement of work before any build starts.

3. Prototype on your data
A working prototype, tested against your own examples, typically within 3 to 5 weeks.

4. Production and handover
Deployment in your cloud account or data centre with access controls, logging and runbooks, typically within about 60 days, depending on scope, data access and approvals. You own all code, prompts and models.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and paid by card when you book. Your card provider converts the amount to your currency at its own rate. Build work is quoted as fixed-price milestones in a statement of work, so you know the total before work starts.
