AeroPulse: one operations view across aerostructures, MRO and leasing
AeroPulse is an operations control dashboard Solnix designed for an aerospace group that runs three businesses: aerostructures, aircraft maintenance (MRO) and aviation asset leasing. It puts what the operations leadership needs every morning on one screen. The figures in the demo are illustrative.
The AOG that matters right now
The page opens with the aircraft-on-ground event that is costing money: which airframe, which part it is waiting for, when the part is promised, what the lease-rate exposure is per day and who owns the recovery. One click opens the AOG desk.
Three business lines side by side
Aerostructures, MRO and asset management each get a row with the measures that line is run on: revenue and margin for all three, then line-specific figures such as equipment effectiveness for aerostructures, turnaround against plan for MRO and remaining lease term for leasing, with a load bar for each. A revenue mix by quarter shows how the group's income is shifting between the lines.
The next redelivery, counted down
A dark panel counts down to the next contractual aircraft redelivery, with the build progress and the number of open items, because a missed redelivery date is one of the most expensive events an MRO business can have.
Escalations and shop load
Escalations list what needs leadership attention in the last day, ranked by severity, from an AOG actuator to an autoclave fault or a titanium sheet below its reorder point. Shop load shows each week's bay utilisation, with constrained weeks marked. The same patterns are part of the Solnix Enterprise aerospace suite.
Frequently asked questions
What is AeroPulse?
AeroPulse is an operations control dashboard for an aerospace group running aerostructures, MRO and leasing businesses, designed by Solnix Media. It shows the active AOG event, each business line's performance, the next redelivery countdown and escalations on one screen.
What does an aerospace operations dashboard need to show?
In AeroPulse: aircraft-on-ground events with part ETA and cost exposure, revenue and margin by business line, line-specific measures such as turnaround against plan for MRO, the next contractual redelivery, escalations ranked by severity and weekly shop load.
Is there an AeroPulse demo?
Yes, a demo with illustrative figures is live at abhi4641.github.io/solnix-aerospace-dashboard.
