Solnix Enterprise: an agent dashboard for every department

Solnix MediaOct 18, 20266 min read

Solnix Enterprise is a set of industry suites. Each suite gives every department its own dashboard and its own team of AI agents. The agents do the routine steps on the systems you already run, stop at a checkpoint for the decisions your people own, and record every step. This post walks through what is inside a suite and how a single run works.

01

One suite per industry, one dashboard per department

There are seventeen suites, from energy and aerospace to banking, retail, healthcare and government. A suite is organised around the departments of that industry: an energy suite has distribution planning, grid operations, asset management and field operations; an aerospace suite has MRO, aerostructures, supply and quality. Each department gets its own dashboard with the queue of work its agents are handling, what is waiting for a person and what is blocked.

02

How a run works

Every department runs the same pattern. A trigger starts the run: a new work order, an inbound claim, a load forecast crossing a threshold. A chain of specialised agents handles the steps, each with a narrow job such as reading a document, checking a rule or drafting a recommendation. When the run reaches a decision that belongs to a person, it stops at a checkpoint and shows the evidence each agent produced. Once the person approves, systems are updated and the run is written to the audit trail.

03

Command centres built for the industry

The overview of each major suite is a command centre in the language of that industry rather than a generic chart wall. Aerospace shows a hangar board by tail number with task-card progress and the item on the critical path. Energy shows the feeder network with live loading. Healthcare shows the bed board, capital markets a desk-by-measure risk heatmap, automotive station cycle time against takt. Colour is reserved for state: red for an alert, amber for at-risk, green for a passed check.

04

Approvals, audit and agent controls

Three pages are shared by every suite. Approvals lists every decision the agents have handed to a person, with the evidence attached, and lets reviewers approve high-confidence items in bulk. The audit trail keeps every run with its inputs, each agent's output, the outcome and who decided. Agent controls set how much autonomy each agent has (assist, supervised or autonomous), the confidence floor below which it must ask, and who gets notified.

05

Drone ops and AI CAD inside the suite

Each suite also includes Drone ops, where live aerial feeds detect and track many objects at once and raise alerts into the agent queue, and AI CAD, where a plain-language brief becomes a dimensioned design that agents check before an engineer signs off. Both are covered in their own posts.

Touring a suite

The tours run on representative sample data for each industry. You choose your industry on solnixmedia.com, enter a work email, and get fourteen days in that suite. After the tour, Solnix connects the agents to your own systems and tailors the dashboards, thresholds and checkpoints with your team.

Frequently asked questions

What is Solnix Enterprise?

Solnix Enterprise is a set of 17 industry suites from Solnix Media. Each suite gives every department a dashboard and a team of AI agents that handle routine steps, stop at a human checkpoint for decisions, and record every run in an audit trail.

Which industries does Solnix Enterprise cover?

Energy and utilities, aerospace and defense, automotive, healthcare, pharma, banking, capital markets, insurance, retail, logistics, manufacturing, real estate and construction, telecom, hospitality, education, legal and government.

How do I try Solnix Enterprise?

Choose your industry on solnixmedia.com and verify a work email. You get a 14-day guided tour of that industry's suite on sample data; personal email addresses are not accepted.

Do Solnix agents make decisions on their own?

Only within the autonomy you set. Each agent runs in assist, supervised or autonomous mode with a confidence floor; decisions that belong to people stop at a checkpoint with the agents' evidence attached.
